Organizational Changes
Good morning!
We have some organizational changes to announce.
Here’s an announcement from Rod Neier, president and CEO of Roto-Mix:
Roto-Mix is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Cooksey to Vice President of Operations. Mark has been a dedicated member of the Roto-Mix organization for over 20 years. This operational experience combined with his knowledge of the cattle feeding markets made Mark an excellent fit for this role.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Wittman to Director of Manufacturing Operations. Kelly’s 23 years of experience and knowledge in numerous areas within the Roto-Mix organization will enable him to guide our manufacturing operations as we implement several new measures to improve manufacturing efficiency.
To enable the successful implementation of these new efficiency measures, Angus Snyder has been promoted to Director of Materials Management. With over 28 years of experience with Roto-Mix, this newly created position will allow Angus to fully focus on a new strategic procurement process which will be a critical element in the productivity and efficiency of our operations.
With the ever increasing need to stay abreast of issues affecting our customers, Roto-Mix has hired Doyle Bacon for the position of Technical Services Manager. Doyle’s previous 23 year tenure with Roto-Mix provides another valuable source for experience in the cattle feeding industry.
In connection with these changes, Kevin Zahrt, Director of Wholesale Operations, will assume responsibility for the company’s marketing activities as well as field quality and training.
Please join me in welcoming these valuable employees to their new positions.
